We cannot underestimate the potential of the arts to promote social change. Drama, acting and song have a special way of connecting with us and helping us to see new ideas, or old ideas in a new light. Our director takes time and special consideration when deciding on which musical to perform. It is important that our students gain more than just the experience of a dramatic production. For example, our Annie Jr. production gave students the opportunity to consider the reality of poverty and the need for belonging beyond this story and playacting. As Christ followers, we are called to take care of those around us and to show His love to all; we all belong to Him!
Our Students are encouraged to develop and strengthen their abilities and talents through drama. We offer a major music production staged bi-annually. Our staff and students work on this production for most of the school year and put on an incredible performance in May.
