Hot Lunches

We are happy to announce our partnership with nationally renowned software provider, Hotlunch.ca, to implement our online lunch orders. The menu is now available on our new software allowing you to sign up and order lunches…for all your kids at one time!

Please set up an account at https://beaconchristian.ahotlunch.ca/p/register so you can order lunch for your children. You will only have to do this once. After you activate your account, you will need a school code to add your children. Your school code for the new software is BCS. Your school domain is beaconchristian.

After registering, login to: https://beaconchristian.ahotlunch.ca/login. Once logged in, please add your children and assign their classes. First, you pick the grade and then the teacher for each child. If you have any questions or need assistance, click on the Software Support option on the bottom left of your navigation panel or contact us.

Payment is required to complete your order. If you would like to pay with a credit card you can set that up in your Hot Lunch account and pay when you check out. If you would like to pay via e-transfer, the funds will need to be loaded into your Hot Lunch account before you place your order. Simply e-transfer the exact amount of the order, or a larger amount, to finance@beaconchristian.org and we will apply them to your Hot Lunch account. Once the funds are added to your account, we will process the order.
